Our core business philosophy revolves around establishing an Ethical Resourcing Service to our clients and the workers we engage with. To achieve this we have made it a core pillar of the business to promote and support a number of resource options that typically get overlooked or require additional support and understanding from all parties. The ability to offer an opportunity to an individual that has the power to change their life is powerful motivation to push through any barriers that can complicate the process. Our experience to date has been positive for both workers and clients and this positivity is now being shared by the institutions we are dealing with to provide training and literally open doors to get these initiatives moving forward.
The critical piece of this is the support buy in from clients who are looking to enhance their own social responsibility efforts. Much of this can be complicated and challenging and requires a top down appreciation to provide a softer landing than normal for some of the workers we engage with on these initiatives. However the benefits gained from relatively small accomodations are personally and commercially significant.
